Using games, exercises, and stories of Improvisation, we will have the opportunity to practice spontaneity and being in the moment. Be lifted out of self consciousness and fear of judgment. There is no script and nothing to memorize. Experience increased positivity and ease with the unexpected, increased self-awareness and confidence. There is no right or wrong, no judgment – just discovery. Access your playful child in a safe community where you are free to be yourself — or try on a new persona if you choose. Anything goes. And it’s all such fun!
