Before empathy is something we offer, it is something we are. On a weekend when many traditions honor those who came before us, we begin at the root and ask: What does it truly mean to be empathetic? We’ll explore the inner foundation of empathy, the place within us that already knows how to connect, and how coming home to ourselves becomes the basis for connecting with everyone else.
