Continuing Regular Monthly Meetings on 4^th Sundays

CSL’s new Grief Support Program will help you to move forward with a deeper understanding of your individual grief experience. Loss of any kind usually involves grief. While grief is most often associated with the loss of a loved one, death is not the only cause of grief.  The intention of our support group is to provide the time and space for learning from each other, as well as share what we found to be helpful in our own experience with grief.

We will discuss issues similar to those below, as well as share steps forward.

• Does grief serve a purpose?
• Self-care in the grief journey
• Integration of life beyond loss
• Creating space with loving-kindness meditation

The group is open to all. Please sign up at the Ask Me Desk or by calling the office at (360) 734-4160. There is no fee for attending the monthly gathering. A love donation basket will be available.
