First Sunday Sound Bath | Introspective Service | 9:30-10:15am (In Person Only) 

Guided meditation and a reflective talk — a peaceful space to slow down and return to Source.

Every first Sunday of the month, our 9:30am Introspective Service includes something special — while our practitioner guides the meditation, Mary Lee Webb plays her singing bowls live from the pulpit, filling the sanctuary with resonant sound. Research shows that just minutes of singing bowl vibration can significantly lower stress levels, sharpen focus, and bring your body and energy back into balance. Come ready to receive. Second service will include our band and be during our regularly scheduled time of 10:30am.
