Stop running from your emotions and start using them as the valuable intelligence they are. Learn to feel your feelings fully and cleanly—without suppression, dramatization, or projection onto others. Emotional fluency is the gateway to authentic leadership and relationships that actually work.
First Monday of each month, 6–7:30 pm (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option.
Investment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is below. Please sign up online or at the Ask Me Desk by April 5.
