Break free from the victim mindset and reclaim your power as the creator of your life experience. Learn to choose ownership over blame, transforming how you respond to challenges and setbacks. This foundation month sets the stage for everything that follows—because change begins when you see yourself as the cause, not the effect.
First Monday of each month, 6–7:30 pm (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option.
Investment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is available below. Please sign up online or at the Ask Me Desk by Feb. 1.
