OUR INTENTIONAL GIVING PROGRAM BEGINS October 11th!
Our Theme: “What we bring, becomes. What we share, enriches.”
Our 2027 Intentional Giving program begins Sunday, October 11! We are not simply sustaining an organization. Together, we are creating the spiritual community we want to experience. Our center is funded entirely by the people who love it. There is no outside underwriter. We are the investors, and we are the abundance we share.
For the past 11 years, the Intentional Giving program has stabilized our finances, supported our excellent staff, kept our buildings and grounds well maintained, assisted community programs that help those in need, and developed our leadership. This year, we are also looking ahead. A community that values its people invests in them, so we are inviting you to help us commit to fair, competitive compensation for our staff, including our band, sound team, marketing support, music director, and spiritual director. Your generosity will also allow us to pay visiting musicians at professional rates and move our administrator position from part-time to full-time. And it will help us nurture our local community with love and care, and keep growing a warm, welcoming community, in person and online, for all who join us from near and far.
We invite everyone to make a pledge of financial support for 2027 and, if you are able, to increase your current pledge. Our goal this year is $258,000. One powerful way to give is to become an Evergreen Contributor, whose Intentional Giving renews automatically each year. Evergreen contributors are the bedrock of our thriving community. Automatic bank withdrawal (ACH) also benefits our Center because it carries no processing fee, unlike cards or PayPal. All forms of giving are gratefully received.
Intentional Giving forms are available online at https://cslbellingham.org/giving-intention-program/, along with the annual newsletter. Paper forms are available at the ASK ME desk on Sundays. Please submit your form no later than Tuesday, November 3.
