Braiding Sweetgrass Book Study

With Francine Kitchen, RScP
5 Tuesdays: Jan 6-Feb 3, 6 pm – 7 pm Pacific
Meeting on zoom only
Robin Wall Kimmerer, author of Braiding Sweetgrass, is a professor of botany and a member of the Potawatomi nation. She writes poetically about seeing the world more fully when we use both science and traditional knowledge. Join Practitioner Francine Kitchen for another consciousness-raising book study. This time we learn, from native American wisdom, about living in balance with Nature where everything is animate. Are we sharing its gifts or selling them as commodities? Please read all of the first section, “Planting Sweetgrass,” before our first meeting. Registration is free and the audiobook is available free on YouTube. Sign up either on our website or at the Ask Me Desk. Zoom link will be provided before the first meeting.
