We will discuss many issues (does grief serve a purpose\, self-care\, living beyond loss)\, as well as share steps forward. The group is open to all. Abigail Schairer \nLearn the art of specific\, heartfelt acknowledgment that uplifts and energizes relationships. Move beyond generic compliments to genuine appreciation that sees and celebrates what’s truly valuable in others. When you practice authentic appreciation\, you create a ripple effect of connection and goodwill everywhere you go. \nFirst Tuesday of each month\, 10 -11:30 am (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option. \nInvestment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is available below. DESCRIPTION:2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 7-8 PM in the Sanctuary \nMake a joyful noise and raise your spirits as you raise the roof in a drum circle that includes percussion instruments of all sorts. This drum circle is open to anyone! Lots of percussion instruments available\, so come on and join the fun! \n2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

SUMMARY:Thursday Reiki Share
DESCRIPTION:Please join us in the CSL Office on 2nd and 4th Thursdays\, 6:30 – 8:30\, for a Reiki share. We will have a short meditation followed by a short attunement\, a quick explanation of the Reiki principles\, and then group healing\, during which each person takes turns receiving healing hands from the group. It is for first-timers\, experienced Reiki teachers\, and anyone in-between. You may find that it is the most peaceful and calming part of your week. I know I do.
