Abigail Schairer \nStop exhausting yourself chasing external validation and learn to source your worth from within. Release the need for constant praise\, agreement\, or performance-based identity and discover the freedom of self-acceptance. When you’re no longer held hostage by others’ opinions\, you become truly unstoppable. \nFirst Tuesday of each month\, 10 -11:30 am (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option. \nInvestment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is available below.
