Abigail Schairer \nChallenge your most deeply held narratives by exploring their opposites and loosening the grip of rigid beliefs. Learn to question “the way things are” and discover freedom in the space between certainty and possibility. This practice reveals blind spots\, expands empathy\, and opens doors you didn’t know existed. \nFirst Tuesday of each month\, 10 -11:30 am (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option. \nInvestment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is available below.
