Release the need for constant praise\, agreement\, or performance-based identity and discover the freedom of self-acceptance. When you’re no longer held hostage by others’ opinions\, you become truly unstoppable. \nFirst Monday of each month\, 6–7:30 pm (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option. \nInvestment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is available below.
