Abigail Schairer \nDiscover how to speak your truth with both courage and compassion\, building trust instead of creating tension. Master transparent communication that honors both yourself and others\, moving beyond people-pleasing and passive aggression. Real connection happens when you’re willing to be real—and candor is the pathway there. \nFirst Monday of each month\, 6–7:30 pm (with some exceptions). Please remain consistent with either the in-person or online option. \nInvestment: $30 per class (purchased individually each month). A list of all dates is available below.
