Woodside Sangha – in person and via Zoom

We are a Thich Nhat Han style mindfulness practice community. We hope you will join us in the classroom of the Center for Spiritual Living.
We gather every Monday evening and typically have a sitting meditation, a walking meditation, then some other mindfulness practice which varies, using a Tibetan bowl to begin and end each segment, often with a simple song or two.
We meet from 6:00-7:30 PM. We invite you to come, practice and share! Find the zoom link in our website calendar.
