2023 Mind Body Spirit Fair

Vendors, welcome to the 2023 Mind Body Spirit Fair registration page.

Vendors will need to complete the registration form before proceeding to purchase a booth. First-time vendors to the Mind Body Spirit Fair at the Center for Spiritual Living Bellingham will need to complete the first-time vendor section of the application.

Booth Reservation Information:

Vendors must provide their own tables for all booth reservations. For outdoor booths (except Covered Walkway and Upper Lawn Premium), a pop-up cover is highly recommended; please provide your own.

Early Registration ends April 30, 2023.
Booth rates will increase on May 01, 2023.
Registration closes on June 21, 2023.

$55 booth rates increases to $65 on May 01, 2023.
$65 booth rates increases to $75 on May 01, 2023.

Electrical power to a booth is available for a $5 fee.
Vendors must provide their own extension power cord.
Electrical power is not available for Lower Meadow Booth Reservations.

First-Time Vendors are required to submit the following items for application review.

1. Cover Letter
2. Business Card, Promotional Flyer, or Website Address
3. Name and Phone Numbers of two (2) Professional References

You may also email these items within 24 hours to info@cslbellingham.org or drop them off at the Center’s office within two (2) business days of submitting this application.

The Center’s office is open Mondays – Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Our address is 2224 Yew Street Road, Bellingham WA 98229.

Once items are received, you will be notified via email of your application status.

Booth Set-Up Terms and Conditions:

Booth Set-Up is scheduled for Friday, July 21, 2023, from 4 PM to 7 PM. CSL-Bellingham staff and volunteers will be available to assist vendors.

NOTE: Overnight security will be provided from 8 PM, July 21, 2023 to 8 AM, July 22, 2023. Security will not be responsible for any stolen items or property. Please keep all valuables with you.

Booth Reservation Terms and Conditions

• To ensure a safe and healthy experience for everyone, burning of incense, candles or other related items is prohibited. No Exceptions. We appreciate your full cooperation.
• Please notify a Mind, Body, Spirit Fair or CSL-Bellingham representative immediately of any damage to your space.
• It is prohibited to place materials on the Center’s walls without prior approval.
• Credit card payment via PayPal is due once form is submitted.

Booth Reservation Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund will be given if cancellation occurs before 2 PM on June 22, 2023.
• No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs after 2 PM on June 22, 2023.

By continuing on to the Vendor Booth Purchase:

• I hereby release and hold harmless all fair organizers, sponsors, the city and the county from any and all personal losses and/or property damage.
• I agree to stay for the duration of the fair on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 10 AM to 4 PM.
• I agree that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.

When the Vendor Information Registration Form is submitted, you will be directed to purchase your booth and pay via PayPal or credit card.
